Be a part of what God is building at Summit Paideia Academy. As we grow across two campuses—Buckley (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) and Edgewood (Tuesday & Thursday)—we are expanding our team of educators and volunteers who are passionate about Christ-centered education and meaningful community.

Summit Paideia Academy is a homeschool hybrid that partners with families to cultivate wisdom and virtue in students through a faith-filled, relational learning environment.

We are seeking individuals who love the Lord, value parent partnership, and desire to invest in the next generation. Whether you are pursuing a teaching role or looking to serve through volunteering, we invite you to join our growing academy.

Current Open Positions

We are actively hiring for teaching positions in various subjects and grade levels, as well as volunteer staff to assist with school operations on a rotating basis. Our current openings include:

Teaching Positions

• Jr. Kindergarten / Kindergarten classroom

• Elementary core subject instructors (Math, Science, Language Arts, History)

• Jr. High pod (7th-8th)

• Choir (1st-8th)

• Art (1st-8th)

• Early Learning fine arts teachers (Jr.K & K)

• Classroom TA’s for all classrooms

Volunteer Opportunities

• Teacher’s assistants / substitute teaching

• Special events committee

• Field trip facilitator

• Photography & yearbook
